It was very easy and the first interview went through Volt, another company, and then in person at KIA motors america with two people. Volt then reached out to me about getting the position, and started right after that.

Interview
Had to first interview with a temp hiring agency. Then I had an interview with Kia. The interview was misleading. Interviewer said it wasn’t a call center, but when I got the job I found out it was indeed a call center.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kia Motors America (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Had to go through a third party hiring agency first. Was quick and simple, not that difficult. They ask you basic interview questions. After you're vetted through the third party agency, you then meet with their hiring managers. I got interviewed by two of their employees. To be honest, both interviewers looked disinterested and did not really care about the interview. I have my suspicions that they just interview people to kill time or to get their money's worth from the hiring agencies they pay to bring in people. They really don't know how to interview properly and ask you random questions on the spot. They kept trying to convince me that this position wasn't a call center position but all the glassdoor reviews here seem to suggest otherwise.
