      Accounts Payable Specialist Interview

      12 Feb 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Kiavi

      I applied online.

      Interview

I had two phone calls, the first with an in-house recruiter and the second with the Controller. The calls reviewed my experience and the reason for my search along with some of my background. I was then called in for an in-office interview. This interview involved me speaking with a few different people on the Finance and Accounting teams, reviewing systems they use and the role itself. I had a very positive experience speaking with everyone and felt that everyone who works at the company is bright and accomplished. However, I never heard back from the company after sending my follow up email to thank them for having me in the office. They never called or emailed me to follow up in any way, which I consider fairly rude and/or disorganized, especially after two calls and an in-person interview.

Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry the team didn't get back to you. We know this can make the job hunt even more difficult and certainly below our own standards. We've asked the team to double-check the short list and make sure everyone is up to date with the search results.
