Went through three different interview processes for three different roles. This was over about a 13 month span. The first role was four rounds and included a presentation. Met with the hiring manager after that who liked what I had done and said he was going to recommend an offer be extended. About two weeks later I heard they went in a different direction with a contractor. Second interview process was like the first with multiple rounds and a presentation. Absolutely ghosted by everyone. I could not get a response from a recruiter or anyone. Ever officially heard that I didn’t get the role. Third process was also similar with multiple and a presentation. Radio silence for weeks and again, no official communication that I did not get the role.
