A phone interview with the hiring manager which is more about getting to know you. Followed by two more formal in-person interviews. These were with the people I actually ended up working with.

Spoke with a recruiter, the following week spoke with two current employees, and the following day spoke with district supervisor. Offer letter was sent out a few days later. Very pleasant and easy flowing conversation.
