I was contacted by a contractor for an interview at Kiewit. Met with the Design Lead and Supervisor. The Design Lead asked most of the questions while the Supervisor was working in her laptop. I didn't know why she even attended the interview. The Lead had a few strange that really didn't pertain to the job. This will be contract with no movement to direct.
