Interview
A corporates recruiter will call first to screen your application. From there, you will be contacted by someone at the district office asking basic questions to further screen you. The final interview will web based using Microsoft Teams with a district operations manager.
The interview process started with a one or two phone calls with someone from HR then a short 30 minute to 1 hour interview with a manager. The interview was easy with no technical questions

Interview
The interview was very easy and laid back. I wasn't asked any S.T.A.R. questions. I think I actually asked them more questions than they asked me (lol). I wasn't completely made aware of what this job title entailed though, so some of my current responsibilities and the working hours came as a shock.
