Scheduled a phone call through email with an HR rep to go through screening questions. The email called it a "phone interview" and did not specify that it was just a pre-screen. The HR rep asked if I had relevant experience for the position and I tried to give an answer based on the limited posted information. The HR rep admitted she did not actually know what the position was actually for because she has no technical background when I tried to get more details about the position. Received an automated rejection a month later.
