Went pretty quickly—questions about experiences, resume, and career goals. I had a phone screening with a recruiter, a Teams Interview with a Project Engineer, a Teams interview with a Project Manager, and a final in-person interview with a Construction Manager.

First interview was very simple. Just asked about past experience and what work I did, as well as what work I am looking or willing to do. It seemed like they were mainly looking for a culture fit.
