It is good since they have process, after that you will take an exam and then interview again with the supervisors. HR is not intimidating and you can get along well with him or her

We met in the Kent location, she asked me a series of questions off of a piece of paper, then asked me if I'd be willing to work at their Seattle location, essentially saying the job ad for a position in Kent was a front to get people to work in Seattle.
