First, I had an interview with Kiko CTO in the middle of November. They expressed their interest in me and asked their tech Specialist to check my programming skills. The technical interview was quite successful. I answered a few questions connected with my previous work experience, and I did a couple of tasks. Then, they asked me to do a test assignment which was changed several times while I was coding. They checked it and gave the following feedback "General feedback is good - app is working, delivered quickly, code quality is good". After that I had an interview with Kiko CEO which wasn't really successful due to my limited proficiency in English. However, they offered me the position of Frontend Developer and asked me to sign a contract (which was outdated). The thing is that after offering me a job they became silent. I didn't have any news from them. Then, they asked me to have one more interview with an independent interviewer. After that, they kept silent. I decided to email them to ask if the interviewer had given any feedback. Then, they withdrew their offer saying that my command of English was quite poor, and that my desire to relocate was stronger than my desire to contribute to the company's success. It was the end of December.
