Historically, we have accepted applications on a rolling basis and then contacted qualified applicants as positions became available, which could have been up to a few weeks. Due to the large amount of applications received, only qualified applicants were contacted for an interview. Within the past six months, we have begun using an online Applicant Tracking System which has drastically improved the application process, including timely communication with both qualified and unqualified candidates. Feedback about the interview process with our managers is greatly appreciated, and since your interview we have implemented ongoing training to improve their skills with both applicants and employees.
