I applied February 2018. July 2018 i took the test and Virtual Job Tryout. After that i was given emails reminding me that i was still being considered. Fast forward to February 2019 i was offered an on-site interview. The interview was a 3 panel interview with 2 people at each table. I wasn't nervous at all. So that follwing week i was emailed that i was placed in a pool for candidates and i would be contacted in the future if i was still interested in the job. So May 25th 2019 i was offered the position via email and over the phone. So it took 3 months after the interview to get the offer. All together 15 months for the process. I was given a start date of july 15th 2019. So its a lengthy process but it's well worth it. They do an extensive background check, physical and drug test. Once everything clears you'll have onsite tour and officially start.
