The interview process was quick. It consisted of a phone screen, a virtual interview with two recruiters, and then an in-person interview. While I commend them for how fast they were at moving you through, they have absolutely zero courtesy in letting an applicant know that they decided to go with someone else for the job. After the final interview, I was told it would take about 2 weeks for them to make a decision. After those 2 weeks passed, I sent a follow-up email and there was absolute radio silence. I waited another 2 weeks to see if maybe I get an email stating I didn't get it (because after a month of no response, it's kind of expected) and still nothing. Usually it's not a big deal when you get ghosted early on in the application process (it happens), but for them to not even bother to at lease send a generic rejection email, especially when I travelled from out of town for the final in-person interview, is absolutely abhorrent. Please do better as it reflects poorly on your HR team and your company as a whole.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself How do you handle multiple deadlines
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn in Jul 2023
Interview
Phone Screen with recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, an onsite interview with current staff and local leadership (most staff interviews were virtual). All in all a lengthy process due to manager and leadership schedules

Overall my experience was the same as other reviews about ghosting and had to basically follow up constantly. Phone call schedule link didn't have any time slots available when it was sent to me, had to email a reminder for our call, and had to follow up twice to get an update.
