They ask different scenarios about children and see what you would do, ask if you have transportation to get to work. And why would you want to work there. Then they tell you what they are about and how the company came about

Interview
There were two working interviews and due to computer issues the process took awhile. There was a background check a TB test and prior experience paperwork. You had to have all of your childcare certifications and at least some experience working in childcare.
