Quick and to the point. Good questions and a kind vibe. They ask about your experiences both professionally and personally in regards to child care. Definitely worth your time even if the job doesn’t end up being right for you.

Describe yourself? What age groups would you like to work with?
The assistant interview was very straight forward. got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Overall the interview lasted less than an hour and they gave me a tour of the building the same day.
Interview was very easy. Got a response back within days. Initial interview by a hiring manager then interview with center director, got hired the same day. Took about two weeks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Bristow, VA)

long, multiple times coming in. Often working during those times alone, learning certain things and asking questions. Sometimes staying a whole day working with another teacher. Often floated around difrerent rooms to get a gauge of what the center was like
