The first step in the interview process was a phone screen followed by several video interviews. I interviewed with the company for over two months, four separate interviews. I did not hear anything for two weeks after the final interview and after following up and over 2 months, they asked me to do a 5th interview. By this time I had already accepted another position. I had difficulty getting in touch with the hiring manager for updates. I also ran into an issue with one of my interviews where the hiring manager did not send me the zoom link. This reflected poorly on me during the interview process.
