Scheduling was funny - internal process is highly disorganized with multiple emails required to confirm time slots while keeping me CC:ed on internal scheduling conflicts. Company is focused on providing inflated titles rather than compensation. New York office appears highly dysfunctional. Beware before joining - don't mix up the allure of an ad tech startup with the importance of a well run business.
