The store barely opened as this is a new location. Staffs needed fast so many applicants came by on a speedy interview basis. Staffs were hired within a week following interview.

In person interviews, with questions regarding scenario's and solutions. Then would ask if there is any experience in the field. Following that there may be am phone interview with a different manager.

It was very casual. The interviewer was wearing jeans and a flannel, and we talked as if it were just a conversation. It lasted all of fifteen to twenty minutes. He then told me I would be contact regardless of being hired or not.
