Candidates invest a lot in your process. Clear, timely communication (even if it’s a no) goes a long way in upholding your brand and creating a more respectful hiring experience. This company is very disorganised. They took 2 weeks to get back to me about scheduling a second interview I had to chase them for follow through on that and then after a great second interview they ghosted. 3 weeks of silence passed and no follow up whatsoever. A simple update or closure wouldve been nice. Didn’t even send an automated rejection email to let me know. Reflects a potential gap in internal communication or candidate care
