Was no interview, just put in my application when I was working through a temp agency. The temp agency was the ones who interviewed me. It was fairly easy. They just asked me a couple of questions and then told me what time to show up and what to wear and who I was going to meet

The interview process was average. The interview progress was a two stage interview which lead to being hired after the second interview. I was interviewed by two different people. In both interviews standard questions were asked.

The interview process was brief and I should of know not to work for Herman & Kittle when I asked about insurance coverage, the Regional Manager said that it was offered. I was never explain how little they actually cover and how much they actually took for myself, son and spouse, over $1300.00 +.
