Three interviews and then they ghosted me. No response to either of my follow-up emails. A simple one-sentence message saying "not interested" would have been the courteous and respectful thing to do. Extremely unprofessional experience. I suppose that it's indicative of the culture, leadership, and/or financial situation, so I consider myself lucky. I do not recommend Kiverdi.
1) Phone interview with a junior full-time internal recruiter (screen)

Question 1
How many people have you hired in the past? What was your process?
I spoke to the recruiter and the position covered all the tasks that an HR, FP&A, Accounting Manager, Controller, Admin, and Shipping person would do. They wanted to pay a salary of $110k for a 6 person job and kept defending the position by saying they are a small company.
