I had a first interview with a recruiter. She was very nice, but arrived late for the interview making it rushed. The interview was fairly general. She couldn't answer all my questions and proposed to answer them later via email but did not. The second stage was an interview with the Head of Talent. He seemed very uninterested in me but still I was invited to another nterview after. The last interview was with a recruiter I was going to work with, but who was 100% remote and one person from HR as well as the other recruiter. They were all very nice, but I could see that they didn't interview many people together, because the interview was either dry, or it jumped from one person to another, or it was too friendly between two people and the other two just watched. It was fairly awkward and I still don't understand why I had 3 people interviewing me in a pannel format if they had barely planned the call before. It's quite an art to conduct long-distance interviews with three people, and I'd advise them not to do it in future. It's especially bad considering they were interviewing me for a Recruiter job. I had to actively follow up before I got any feedback on the interview AND my review of this interview was originally deleted.
