Over Zoom I met with the CMO. The conversation went well and I arranged to meet with the head of product as well. That conversation also went well and I was asked to meet with the CEO. On the day of that interview, they weren't prepared for me, and the in-person interview was only 30 minutes. There was quite a delay from that to follow up with the CMO, who then asked me to draft a detailed plan of how I would improve their lifecycle marketing program.
I asked some follow up questions, but was met with very generic responses. I never heard back from them after that exchange. My thought is that they were looking for people to do free consulting work during this "interview" process. The CMO seems very inexperienced and overall the process was not very professional.

Question 1
Draft a detailed plan on how you would improve our current lifecycle marketing programs.
I applied online. I interviewed at Klarity Health in Aug 2024
Interview
I completed an application and was asked to do a one-way video interview. I emailed back requesting a real interview over Zoom or Google Meet but the email they contacted me from was a no-reply email. I completed the interview and no one ever got back to me—total waste of time, inconsiderate, rude, unserious. I find that companies who tend to ask for these kinds of interviews are r*cist and only looking to meet quotas and gather information they never plan to use.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Klarity Health in May 2024
Interview
I had two Zoom interviews with the CMO, which I thought was pleasant. After my second interview, I get the rejection email. However, several months later, I saw the job was reposted, so I reached back out to the CMO and expressed my interest. I received an email shortly, asking me to come up with a brief email marketing plan to convert weight loss leads into paid patients. I took some time to research in more detail the company and its treatment offerings. After I sent it back, the CMO praised me for the extensive research I did, which at this point, she had me schedule a time to speak with the CPO. And from there, it went all downhill.
I find it ironic that a healthcare company that offers treatment for anxiety, panic attacks, and PTSD can have an interview process with a CPO that would probably lead to these. The CPO of Klarity Health needs to reexamine how he conducts interviews. Candidates won't know everything, so stop hounding them for the perfect answer. Learn to be a human.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions from the CMO were straight-to-the-point and easy to answer. However, it was questions from the CPO that made me feel like the interview was an interrogation. I was asked questions that required time to think; however, the CPO kept pressing and hounding to the point I found myself repeating myself.
