Interview
First two rounds of tests needed to be completed. After passing the tests a Skype interview was scheduled, followed by an assessment day. The assessment day was a full day at their office where we had to solve different cases both in groups and individually.

To what country should we expand our business and why?
Lots of steps, takes a long time to finalize the process. There was a logic test and personality test. At the last step they closed recruitment because of the layoff announcement.
standard interview process ,hr , technical interview fallowed by IQ test. Interview was in English yup thats it pretty much just like any other interview you would have only different part was the iq test in the end compared usual psychological test usually big companies do.
