Small and pretty simple online test prior to the interviews.
Then there was an interview with the head of the respective department.
Then the second interview in a couple of weeks and the third one in around 3 weeks.
All interviews were via Hangouts.
I am very dissatisfied with the treatment of the HR of Klarna and the overall situation.
The interviews (at least the first two - with the department head and another employee of the department) were successful, as they told that explicitly.
However, I had to remind about myself at least 7-8 times (on ~ weekly basis), even after successful interviews.
Despite the above, after the third one they stopped answering my questions - i.e. just full ignorance of my kind reminders. I simply wanted to get an answer, either positive and negative, and the reasoning.
Finally they replaced the description of the position, and added the requirement of knowing local language there.
So neither of my few last messages in Hangouts nor e-mails were ever answered.
