Unfortunately, the experience of applying to a job at Klarna doesn't match the impression they try to give on their website. Asking people to spend time putting together an application, only to put everyone through the same skills test is lazy, and suggests a poor approach to internal comms. I didn't take the test, as I don't believe in such tests as a method of recruitment.
