Very nice people, but company comes off very elitist. They talked up how great Klarna is and seemed very excited to move forward and told me to do prep. Prepped for 3 days. When I took the test they had someone watching me, so felt a bit like they don't trust people, as if someone could google pictures and cheat (not sure how that would be possible). I took the test, and received a generic rejection. No feedback on the test. Given the days of invested time, it would be nice to understand if I failed or if I was underqualified in general. Overall seems like a great company with good intentions, but you can tell they REALLY think they're great as well.
