I did two online tests (one with someone watching). Then I had one video interview. The thing is the interview was supposed to be English but it was actually in German. The interviewer is suddenly changed without any notice. Anyway it was okay for those changes. However after the interview, I got a survey email during weekend. I guess it is an automatic email. This email said that my feedback is important. There is nothing announced about my interview result. At the end of this survey I was so embarrassed. I have not heard any result from HR so far now, but the message of last page of this survey states that we are sad to see that you did not make it this time…. What is a really nice to hear my rejection!!! HR ghosted and I heard my result after the finalization of the automatic feedback survey. Klarna looks like lack of communication internally and absolutely not professional. I am glad that I am not hired by this company. I can fairly image that this company treat their employees as just slaves. In overall interviewers that i met were friendly and straight forward and insightful however the process is unnecessary long, not professional and ghosted once you are not selected.
