Organized via email, but very disjointed and not relative to role. Had to complete skill testing more than one time due to internal disorganization. Case study was business operations in nature.

The first round consists of two interviews: one skills interview of 60 minutes focused on the competence fit, and one behavioral interview of 60 minutes which focuses on getting you familiar with Klarna's leadership principles.
