They asked standard questions regarding my background, technical expertise, and availability. The discussion was very conversational and focused on how my specific skillset aligned with their immediate project needs.

Interview was refreshingly conversational. There weren't any canned questions like "what is your biggest strength" or anything like that. Just had a conversation about my relevant experience. One of the better interviews that I've had.

How do you feel about working in an industrial setting
It was very good and easy! I felt very comfortable the whole time mostly behavioral questions nothing technical. They asked about skills, experience, and education. They also asked about past projects and engineering work.
