Cordial, direct phone interview for a remote client services position with Human Resources. Interviewer was direct and seemed genuinely curious about background and experience. Overall, was a basic get to know you and what you’re looking for interview.

Met with a few hiring managers, then they bring you up to headquarters to present a case study. Depending on who you meet with your interviews could go very differently - I had one that was just asking me annoying questions the whole time, and another that was very conversational. They are really trying to determine where you may fit in the agency, and on what team.
