It was very fair. The first interview was with HR to get a "vibe check". The second interview was with the department Directors. There was an online test to test our reviewing ability.
There were three stages. First step was a screening call. Next step was an interview with two managers. Third step was an editing test. This was an online test. The earlier you finiosh the test the better your chances are
Phone screening followed by initial interview and 2 tests to show your editing skills. Not too difficult. If you make it through you get to meet with the head of the department for your final interview.
