Pre-interview over the phone and then requested to come in person. A very friendly experience and a lot of information shared about the company and where it is heading. They are accommodating with the time and date you can come in to interview.

asked me if i had any social media and how my credit was. felt like i was asking for a bank loan at one point. but over all it was not your typical interview.
