Discussed what they were looking for in a Manager and the type of residents at this property. They also discussed about the company. They asked if I would be able to pass a background check and how soon could I start.
It depends based on who you get but it’s a fair process. Quick hire on and onboarding is smooth. They are a pretty fair with their processes. People in corporate can be pushy but it is all business.
