relatively straightforward. asked about how much you can lift, do you have specifically scheduling needs. what's your weekend availability. did not wear a suit. asked about age and any drug testing.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kmart (Concord, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Pretty easy going. They asked me a few questions. Met with management from the department I was applying for. Manager asked about experience and told me what I was going to be doing. They accepted me on the spot.
It was behavioral questions. The questions were geared at figuring out whether you are a team player or not. The manager was nice and human resources is also nice.
