I applied online if you qualify after the skills test they will offer you interview days and times, If there are times avaliable you pick one. I went into the interview ten minutes early and when I got there, there were about five other girls waiting for an interview. This girl that went before me looked sad when she came out and got in the elevator. She was wearing jeans and a button down shirt very innapporiate for an interview and didnt get the job. When I got in I was asked simple situational questions and about my personal experience and was offered the job right there and sent to fill out my payment information in the next room.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
