I interviewed with Kmart in 2016. It was a pretty simple interview at with very general questions. There were some situational and behavioural questions, as well as questions regarding your previous experience.
Applied online. Interviewed in person in the store with HR manager. Received notification that I was accepted for the customer service representative position within probably three to four days of the interview.
