My friend called me one day and asked if I wanted to work at Kmart with him (he is a current employee). I said yes, and he told me to put in an app online. I put in an app online and at the end of the app it told me to set up an interview date/time. I did, and showed up at that date/time for the interview and was walked to the HR office by a store associate. I met with the HR lead, and she said "Your Bill's friend right?" I said "yes". She told me they can only offer minimum wage. I was hired on the spot. That easy.

The most difficult question I was asked was "Your Bill's friend right?"
Pretty easy. Walked in and was asked my desire pay and what my strengths and weaknesses were. Interview was taken in a closet though so that was a little weird.
