two separate on line tests approximately 1/2 hour each, basic questions on P&L, payroll, your management style etc., then a phone interview again, basic questions asking about prior work experience, how would you handle a certain situation etc., then a one on one interview with store manager asking same basic questions, once passed that a one on one with district manager

Interview
Interview process was very quick and the entire interview was no more than 20 minutes. Several situational "what ifs" were presented and the dreaded what is your greatest weakness/strength. I received a call on the way home from the interview to return for a second interview and an offer on the spot. However, being an internal applicant, my store manager dragged his feet over a month before releasing me to the position.
