Interview
The interview consisted of me smoking cigarettes with the supervisor while we talked about stopping shoplifters. Then i took 2 weeks for HR to get everything through. Don't bother the company won't last. Stores are closing everywhere.
Manager did not know I was coming. Was unprofessional. The manager also said I scored yellow on assessment. and that was not explained the loss prevention people then asked if I could handle working the job

Interview
asked lots of basic situational questions. What should you do if.... type stuff. I had the experience and answered the questions. The interviewer seemed happy with my responses. Interview took a total of about 45 mins. I felt good about it but also felt like I would not fit in at all. I was nicely dressed as anyone would be for a job interview but the interviewer made me feel like i was way over dressed for the type of person they were seeking.

What would you do type questions. Example,,,,, What would you do if you saw concealment take place on the video monitor and then went onto the floor to continue monitoring. You see the person with their pocket still full walking out the door. Do you stop them?

Interview
Was called for an interview a few days after I applied. First interview was with the store manager and HR manager, followed by interview with LP manager about a week later. Both interviews were rather easy, and all the managers are quite nice, but the base pay I was offered is terrible, at 8.80/hr.
