After applying online I got sent an invitation link to complete an AI interview where I was asked to answer 5 behavioural questions. Then they sent an email to confirm a time slot for an in-person interview with the Operations Manager and the Store Manager for what should have been a 15 minute chat. When I turned up, none of them were present and instead got interviewed by an employee.
