I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Knack Collective (Seattle, WA) in May 2020
Interview
Interview loop went really well. I met with 6 employees and hit it off with all of them. HR's feedback was aligned with my experience and told me that the co-founders wanted to meet me to sign off but that it would be a meet and greet, not an interview. This was not the case and was full of situational interview questions. Totally fine, but would have liked to have known that going in to the call. After the call, it took 3 weeks to hear back where I learned that I was "overqualified" for the role. I was bummed but after reading reviews, sounds like I definitely dodged a bullet working for this company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Ton of situational questions based on the role but nothing too crazy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Knack Collective (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Prepare to be GHOSTED! After nearly a dozen interviews over several weeks, including receiving feedback that an offer would likely be forthcoming, the leadership team went completely silent. If you’re planning to recruit senior management to your team, be professional and respectful to them. This includes closing the loop with them if you’ve decided to hire someone else.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues or network.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty basic questions. No one probed very deep, but maybe that’s because they lack a clear understanding of what the role entailed.

Interview
The phone interviewer was very nice. I thought everything was going well but they decided to move forward with another candidate. I followed up asking what I could have done better and never received a response.
