Knappen Milling Company interview questions

After applying, I was contacted by an outside agency used by Knappen Milling. After two separate phone screens, there was an in-person panel with members of the management team. After the panel, the agency informed of the decision made by the company. The process was efficient until actually interviewing with the company. Feedback from the company was unclear and quite frankly offensive. I would not recommend interviewing here.
