While the position itself sounded interesting on paper, the role appears better suited for early-career candidates. Applicants with more than 3 years of engineering experience may find the scope misaligned with their background and may want to consider other opportunities before applying.

The interview process was good and straightforward. It felt natural and comfortable, with fair questions focused on my experience. The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed, not designed to catch anyone out.
