I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
Quick, painless. Relaxed and friendly. 1st was a phone call mostly to describe position and set up the face to face interview. Face to face consisted of 2 timed assessments which were moderately difficult if you’re anxious about being timed at all. Rest of it was going over resume, brief job description and how the company came about. After that was asked for consent to run background checks and was told I would get a call either way to move on to next step. Described last step as a workshop or working interview consisting of 2 days, 4 hours each day, paid. At the end of those two days I would find out if I got a job offer or not.
Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.
I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Rancho Cordova, CA)
Interview
About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.
