Only a few interviews and then a decision. It was a short process for me and may have been too short. I did not get the role after the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at KnowFully Learning Group in Jun 2025
Interview
First I had a screening with HR. Then, 3 additional interviews with hiring managers over the course of 5 weeks. The only interview where I was asked any "traditional interview questions" was the screening interview. After that, I'm not entirely sure what information they used to make their decisions (it was pretty much just conversational and me asking them questions). Overall, I could tell they did not have a streamlined hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KnowFully Learning Group (Salem, OR) in May 2025
Interview
I was excited at the possibility of moving forward in the process. I had two interviews, one with HR and the second with the hiring manager and marketing lead. The second interview was odd. The VP of marketing couldn’t stay the whole time, removed herself from video and had the other person handle the interview even though the VP was supposed to. They told me they were going on vacation the following week and they would let me know. It’s been a month and I’ve been ghosted. I honestly thought I had a chance, but obviously their recent mergers are interfering with hiring and other aspects of the company. I’m bummed, to say the least.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked me to explain my resume and how it tied into the position. Generic “tell us about yourself” and scripted general interview questions.
