It was good, I've been interviewed twice for the position. The interview is usually online. The interview was engaging. You need to know basic QA tools. They asked about your project during your studies on QA. There will be some common questions too.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your background? Tell me about your internship experience. How do you handle stress.
Just another unprofessional company that takes up a lot of your time and then completely ghosts you. Went through 3 interviews, had executive level people showing up late, not really describing the position well, and then complete radio silence.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Knowles Corporation (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2025
Interview
The process was structured and efficient, with consistent communication from the recruiter throughout.
Initial Recruiter Screen (30 minutes):
A casual conversation about my background, interest in the role, and understanding of OneMain’s business. The recruiter also outlined the interview process and timeline clearly.
Hiring Manager Interview (45 minutes):
This was a mix of behavioral and strategic questions. I was asked about past experiences with data analysis, building models, and working cross-functionally. The manager also asked me how I’d approach specific growth challenges relevant to the subprime lending market. It felt like a thoughtful discussion rather than a grilling session.
