Recruiter screen, followed by one first round behavioral interview, then five interviews that are a mix of behavioral and cases. The cases ranged were primarily business cases, similar to the Capital One BA interview, with the occasional brainteaser style case.
I thought the interview process was a bit long, but nothing too crazy.

Question 1
Some of my questions in a behavioral interview:
- Why do you want to be at a startup?
- What drives you?
RUDE. I had an unfortunate experience with the recruiter. The recruiter reached out to me but was late for the call. She messed up the position that I was interviewing and I could hear her walking around, washing her hand, pulling out tissues, and opening the door during the entire interview process. When I asked questions, she was not paying attention obviously because she gave me some answers not even related to my questions. In the end, she told me the company actually had some candidates at the final stage already so I probably won't be moved forward. The entire process is disappointing because I spent hours preparing for this call to get to know the company's culture. Please be RESPECTFUL. I honestly feel lucky when I get the rejection email right away the next day morning. Can't imagine how terrible my life would be if I made it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koalafi
Interview
Flexible. They might add a round or two if they think it's needed. 1. Phone screening 2. Numerical assessment 3. Hiring manager 4. Case study/Panel interview. HR responds pretty fast. Delayed response is usually not a good sign imo.
