This was one of the weirdest and most frustrating interview experiences I've ever had. They have a 5 step interview process - one of them being an "assessment" - where you have to put together an entire project to show them you know how to do everything they're questioning you about. It feels like a college assignment which is my biggest pet peeve - this is an interview for a job - NOT a college course. HUGE Red Flag. But my biggest issue with this company is they wasted a month of my time when they KNEW from the beginning 90% of my experience is in VIDEO - NOT PHOTOGRAPHY. So I made it to the 4th round of 5 and early the next day got a rejection email saying how great I was and how great my VIDEO experience is but they feel like more experience in Photography is critical in this role. WHICH IS FINE - But they KNEW I had little experience in photography to begin with. This was just a major waste of time, energy and getting my hopes up about this role. These people need to do better and respect hardworking candidates. Don't apply here. Don't work here.
