The interview process was divided into 3 sections mainly
1. Assignment Stage: They will give you some problem statements from their domain likely improvement in their app with 1 day to submit.
2. Interview 1 - Assignment Evaluation which was pretty straightforward with the product manager.
3. Interview with Product lead which went a little smoother. He will tell you about the upper management and the things you can expect.
This company just merged with some big global venture so there has been a lot of restructuring.
The HR has to improve, a lot of unprofessional old school folks. They will give more stress on your previous salary and keep on lowballing even after settlement from both sides. Every week they will come up with new lower numbers.
It took them 4 weeks and 100s of excuses to answer my query, after keeping me hanging amidst negotiations.
Better not waste time in the Recruitment process.
